The previous post listed a plethora of different ingredients and "foods" that are bad for us. When reading ETNT, I was getting a little depressed to find out that so many things I enjoy eating, or that I thought we're OK for me, we're filled with fat and sodium. (Maybe that explains a few months back when I went through a period of sleeping 10 hours a night and STILL being exhausted). I wasn't pumping my body with energy driven foods. According to ETNT, green tea, plain yogurt, almonds, & chard, are a few of the healthiest foods we can put in our body. So, Adam and I started googling and we found this amazing peach/green tea smoothie. We tried this about a month ago, after we documented our yummy smoothie, I made a few changes that helped the consistency for me. Give it a try!
What you need:
1 large peach, sliced and pitted
1/2 a banana
1 Green Tea tea bag
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tbsp honey
Directions:
Brew 1/2 cup of green tea and chill with ice cubes or Brew 1 cup of green tea and chill in refrigerator. Next blend (we use our NINJA) the green tea, banana, and peaches until smooth while adding honey for sweetness.
We found the recipe here.

Happy Adam!
These are photos from the first time we tried it. I altered it a bit the second time. I had twice as much ice and a full banana. This made it a bit more thick and "smoothie like". Enjoy for breakfast, with lunch, or a summer dinner! This truly is a super food, and I'll post more as I get some time. :)
